I usually post nothing but positive reviews on products I buy, but I had to come on here to join everyone else. I thought I was just unlucky enough to not have a stone in mine by honest accident then out of curiosity, I checked around for the reviews, and here I am. They should not be able to charge $9 for this! First of all, if it had even had the ginger scent (which I was equally looking forward to as the stone, to refresh and energize after a busy day, and I had also bought a plush robe and new fuzzy socks for this particular indulgent evening, it was all setup for.... this) I wouldn't have posted a review. I ended up grabbing it off the shower floor and crushing it with my hands trying to get the scent out - nothing. Then I was worried I had washed a stone down my drain by accident, in case it was so small I just didn't see it. What the heck?... Oh well, at least I had my new robe and socks. (sadly, I won't ever trust a shower fizz bomb again, especially one promising to include a stone as rare and expensive as amber. Not sure how I didn't know it wasn't a fake. Amber is pricy, not on the same level of amethyst which is common (I see many say that the amethyst was in the other ones, legitimately . No surprise!). If you're into real stones, skip these kinds of gimmicks. I am shocked I didn't know better.... of course it will have an amethyst in the one promising an amethyst, but it's a common cheap gem, the same is not true for a real piece of amber. (:Amber: will be mysteriously MIA or a fake heat treated (amethyst) citrine worth no more than about $3.
I was lucky enough that mine did have a Crystal inside, and it looks just like the one in the example photo, however that is not amber. Really bummed to think I’d get to add amber to my collection finally.
Just like everyone else, I bought this excited for the gem. I even justified its price because I love gems and was excited to get an amber. Patiently watched it dissolve into nothing. Then when going on this website and trying to “contact them” I was met with an error screen. So sad. At least say that not all of them have a gem.
Purchased the white ginger shower fizz with gem inside. But there was no gem inside. Will not buy again.
My daughter was super excited when she saw that bed bath and beyond sold this kind and the amethyst. She bought one of each. This one didn't have a stone. Fortunately the amethysts one did. But still, what a waist of money. She can't get her money reimbursed because the product fizzled down the drain. Really wished we had read the reviews before we purchased.
